Mozambican company of Hydrocarbons, HEALTHY (CMH) is the public company, constituted on 26 October 2000, whose principal object is you it carry out operations, connected you it fossil fuels. CMH is an affiliate of Empresa Nacional de Hidrocarbonetos, E.P., who hold 70% of its joints stock and whose main object is the performance of operations in the fossil fuel sector, namely in the prospection, survey, development, production, transport, transmission and sale of fossil fuels and their derivatives, including the import, reception, storage, handling, transit, export, processing and refinement of such products.
ENH has another affiliate member, Companhia Moçambicana do Gasoduto (CMG) which also participates in the transmission component of the project which includes the gas pipeline connecting Mozambique to South Africa.
Although it is an affiliate of ENH, CMH does not belong to any group of companies.
IPO
In July 2008 a public offering (IPO) of 593.412 ordinary shares of CMH was made by shareholders ENH.
