To commemorate the end of the year CMH congregated its workers and administrative staff in a dinner at one of Maputo’s restaurants.
On this occasion CMH’s Chairman of the Board, Mr. John William Kachamila, addressed the audience with words of encouragement and recognition for the work done. He congratulated the Executive Board and its collaborators for the way in which they have been conducting the Company’s activities and for their contribution to the progress of the institution: the good economic and financial results in 2008 which were responsible for CMH being ranked the 33rd in the “100 Greatest Companies in Mozambique” research project ( a market study carried out every year by international consultants KPMG), the challenges in launching the IPO and in expanding the project , were among the examples highlighted. He ended his speech wishing every one a happy holiday and festive season.
