3. When are the General Meetings held?
The Ordinary General Meetings are held three months after the close of the accounts for that particular Financial Year on 30 June of each year.
The General Meeting is preceded by the publication of its respective notice in the daily newspaper with the greatest circulation – Notícias – which indicates the time and date of the meeting, the agenda and the relevant documentation issued by CMH to its stockholders.
When matters of an extraordinary nature arise or whenever it is deemed justifiable the shareholders may request that an Extraordinary General Meeting be convened.
