2.When are dividends paid out?
The distribution of dividends is approved at the General Meeting following the close of the financial year, in conformity with the CMH policy for such distribution. In accordance with the said policy the payment of dividends must take place within six months of its approval.
Taking into consideration CMH’s present financial commitments, the payment of dividends depends on the obligation to service the present debt resulting from the expansion of the capacity of the Natural Gas Project from the current 120 MGJ p.a. to 183 MGJ p.a.
