Human Resources and Professional Categories at CMH
CMH has at present, a team consisting of 17 members. It is a young team with an average age of thirty five, composed entirely of Mozambican technicians who have been growing professionally for the past few years.
CMH’s office staff has 13 university graduates, 4 technicians with intermediate level qualifications and 1 technician with basic training. The following are some of the professionals in our staff:

Our commitment to contract recently qualified young talent who can develop their technical and professional abilities through an intensive training program is a strong characteristic of our organization.
CMH has a well-defined training policy which is guided by the following principles:
- The inclusion of the entire staff in the training program
- Continuity – training must be undertaken on a regular basis in order for the workers to progress and improve their professional capacity
- Specialization – the training must be conducive to the specialization of the workers in the various fields of activity of the society
Thus, our workers take short and average-term courses, locally or abroad, in order to acquire the knowledge to better fulfill their tasks within the organization.
