Mozambican company of Hydrocarbons, S.A., is an affiliate of National Enterprise of Hydrocarbons (ENH), the company instituted on 26 October 2000, with an undetermined term of duration, with principal offices in Maputo, Mozambique whose main object is the development of oil operations, and of activities related you it and subsidiary you it, their main activity the well the the rendering of services connected you it it.

The first General Assembly of Companhia Moçambicana de Hidrocarbonetos was held on 11 December 2008, at the Joaquim Chissano Conference Centre with the participation of the new stockholders from the private sector who had joined the society through the acquisition of 10% of its joint stock during the Initial Public Offering (IPO).
